Hi there. Welcome to Project Read One Book At A Time, Dummy.
Long story short, it’s my book list for 2012. For a long-winded, Karen-style explanation, read this.
This will not only allow me to share my findings with others but also hold me accountable to finish everything I start (and continue to enjoy. After all, life’s too short to finish terrible books).
I’m convinced I can develop focused reading habits while still being tethered to the internet and my treasured magazine features. I’m also convinced I can do one book a month without having to ruthlessly cut off all things fun, like “30 Rock,” reddit, sunlight.
Come back to see how I’m doing, suggest some of your own titles or read with me. I’m sure the list will grow as the year progresses.
Just don’t tell my sponsor.
